Back & Neck Care
Yoga for back care is both for those who have suffered with chronic back pain or general back
and neck discomfort. It is also for those who want to learn preventative care, as well as good
discernment during yoga practice.
Mondays: 6.30-8pm

Level 1 / YIDL Foundation
This Class / Course is designed for beginners and those who want to build a firmer foundation to their existing practice. With releasing yoga stretches and exercises (sarva hita asana) to increase flexibility and strength of muscles as well as improve function of internal organs. You will learn how to breathe correctly to reduce stress and anxiety, and will practice traditional Pranayama, relaxation and Meditation techniques.

Level 2 Course
If you have completed Level 1 Course or have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months continuously, then it is time to advance further in your practice. Work into more
demanding Asanas to work on flexibility, strength and balance. Level 2 consists of many dynamic
exercises to improve vitality and energy. We are deepening our Pranayama and Meditation practice.
Thursdays: 6.30-8.30pm (Course)
6 Week Meditation Course
Explore the ways in which Meditation can guide you towards inner peace and happiness. Also learn
how to develop a regular meditation practice. The course is suitable for both beginners and those who
are looking to deepen their practice.
Wednesdays: 8-9pm (Course)
Meditation & Relaxation
This is very relaxing combination of guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and Meditation in one class. If you are looking for a short restful class at the end of the week, than this class is for you.
