UK Tour with Swamiji in Birmingham - September 2010

We are very happy to announce that Birmingham will welcome His Holiness Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwaranandaji (respectfully known as Swamiji) in September 2010. The topic for Swamiji's lectures this year is: MEDITATION - THEORY & PRACTICE.
This is an unique opportunity to meet a Master of Yoga and Meditation who is well known around the globe, author of the Yoga in Daily Life system. Swamiji is widely renowned as a great humanitarian worker and spiritual master - he is a source of inspiration for thousands of people striving for better health, inner peace and spiritual realisation.

Yoga & Vegetarianism – what's the connection?

This was a special event jointly organised by Birmingham Vegans & Vegetarians (BVV) and Yoga in Daily Life Birmingham.
- are you vegan or vegetarian and want to meet others making similar choices?
- are you considering making veggie dietary or lifestyle changes?
- are you keen to get active in campaigning for better animal rights?
BVV is a small membership organisation helping local people link up and learn more about vegan options, issues and lifestyle choices in the West Midlands. You will have to opportunity to join up if you wish. Read more on the Facebook.
Yoga Retreat
Held from 9 to11 October 2009 in the Lake District, this retreat
was intended for the practitioners
and students of the Yoga in Daily Life system who wanted to develop their practice and discover
new techniques and aspects of Yoga.
